Buck Strider Tarani 882 Knife Video Review
Apr 05, 2012
This is result of ended while ago collaboration between Buck and Strider - time before Strider was legally told he can not claim any military service anymore in any marketing, before quite a lot of information about Strider was disclosed in result of Suit brought by Chris Osman and TAG Gear. Buck had few pretty good models 880 and 888, but that one 882 was last to my understanding. This is not original knife - I managed to get very limited run with plane edge and switch blade with other limited model which came later with G10 handle, but serrated blade. So this one is combination of two. Very comfortable and ergonomic knife. Well designed (except very strange lanyard hole) and well build by Buck. It is really sad that Buck is not making those kind of knives any more. Quality is excellent and price reasonable. For Buck, who know how to made quality knives and make them perfect, that was pretty good deal to have modern knives - top design etc. I think now they do not have it and so - little behind other manufacturers, little in a past, in a last century... Hope they'll find someone - may be Ken Onion?
